In its origins, it was always a place with activities related to the river called Verde, whose course runs next to it, being in the mid-nineteenth century, the first iron foundry in Spain.
Today, this beautiful and carefully restored site is a unique place where everything is available for the realization of your dreams.

SPACES
In 1837, in a beautiful natural setting, there was one of the first foundries built in Spain, as well as a small Andalusian village where the workers who worked there lived. When the foundry ceased its activity, the village was completely abandoned by its inhabitants, and quickly became a village in ruins. The owner of this property, through a careful restoration work, in which local craftsmen and artists participated, turned these ruins into the most beautiful Cortijo of the Costa del Sol.
Today this magnificent property offers a landscape of centuries-old palm trees, avocado, custard apple, orange and orange plantations and a sea of almond trees.
At the heart of this environment, a splendid manor house, whose portal was the entrance of a church built 2 centuries ago, and beyond are still the remains of the ruins of the foundry that gave rise to this place.

This impressive century-old hickory tree sits in the center of the garden, next to the fountain and pool area. Countless celebrations and gatherings have taken place under its shade. Making it one of the favorite areas of our clients. If you prefer to hold your meeting in an indoor space, El Cortijo, with its exquisite decoration and an attractive outdoor area with elegant wrought iron pergolas, will undoubtedly be the ideal place.
